  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or inability to contact you, the order may be cancelled without refund.
     

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only in case of incorrect, missing, or damaged orders.

  • To request a refund, contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery via the contact information below.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
